Auction PU starts on Saturday April 1 and Sunday April 2 between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm both days then on Monday April 3 between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.. Successful buyers will receive a seperate email w gate code and combination for the lock on the purchased unit. Buyer is resonsible for removal of all merchandise, boxes, packing supplies, debris and broom sweeping the unit clean, parking area in front of unit to be clean, and lock to be put back on unit and unit locked. Failure of buyer to follow these terms will result in the buyer forfeiting the $100.00 deposit. NO Exceptions.
